Decibel Events is the event management and audio visual contractor for the Ingersoll Rand Leadership Conference. Our team was contracted to provide full event support for the Ingersoll Rand Conference starting in 2018 and continues to partner with them today.
In addition to event management, this project includes five months of developmental planning, conceptualizing, and design for scenic graphics and video. On-site, we manage the full production including showcaller and director services, as well as the audio-visual production, rental, and execution.
Additionally, we handle the event management function and engage subcontractors including photography, video production, and staffing.
